Our product sizes are generally very true to size, but if you are unsure on anything please do not hesitate to get in touch with us before placing your order, or you can refer to the brand and product size charts on our suppliers websites via OUR SUPPLIERS on our main website.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We offer $10 standard shipping across Australia for all orders that fit in a small - large sized satchel. Large orders that require multiple satchels or freight will be quoted at time of order.
You can also select the pick up in store option at the checkout if you wish to pick up from our store located in Toowoomba City.
WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME FRAME?
3-10 days for plain stock orders. 7-21 days for items with decoration, depending on how busy we are at the current time. Please let us know if you require your items to be completed within a time frame.
WHAT IS THE MADE. CLOTHING REFUND POLICY?
For items which are faulty or different from the description given Made. will offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
If you order an item that is out of stock from our supplier we will give you an ETA on that product and you can choose to wait until the item is back in stock or cancel the item altogether and receive a refund.
WHAT IS THE MADE. CLOTHING EXCHANGE POLICY?
Please choose carefully and check size charts if you are unsure on which size to order, or alternatively you can get in touch with us if you have any questions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please return the items for an exchange or credit. When you are returning items please indicate the reason why. The items must be unused with original tags still attached and returned to the store in person or by post within 30 days of purchase. Please note we cannot exchange items that have been decorated.
CAN I ADD EMBROIDERY OR PRINTING TO ITEMS PURCHASED VIA THE WEB STORE?
Yes! If you would like embroidery or printing added to items purchased please leave a note at the checkout or get in touch with us within 3 working days with details of decoration required. You will be invoiced for decoration separately and payment must be made prior to delivery or in store upon pickup. Please refer to services information on our website for all information and requirements for embroidery, heat press and screen printing.
